This is my last wedding from 2011. We got the best weather you can possibly get in December - the outdoor photos are full of sun and long shadows. Maria and Peter got married in Dundrum with a venue in fabulous Clandeboye Estate . Please enjoy the photos.

I am absolutely delighted to post wedding photos of my wonderful younger sister. She got married in October last year and it was really cold so don't get fooled by the sunny blue sky and smiles of the participants. We had a lovely time shooting but to avoid pneumonia most of the portraits are taken indoor.

Here is one more family session although it's overtaking my sisters wedding - oops:) But it was edited and ready to go so I thought I will post it anyway. This was one of the coldest mornings so far but you wouldn't tell from the photos. Also there was no rain and the autumns colours were perfect, who could complain.

Autumn Break

When living abroad there is no better place for holidays then going home to your motherland. Spending time with old friends, family, visiting well known places slowly transforming over times. And taking pictures of course. The main reason for our visit was my little sister's wedding. The photos are to follow soon:) Few photos from an exhibition on life and work of Jan Kaplicky in Danubiana. Eye over Prag. The winning entry for National Library Competition in Prag. Of course. Very cool restaurant called UFO. It's in the dish 95 metres above the bridge View from the restaurant at night. My mum was in charge of decorating of the reception for my sister's wedding. She also prepared all the flowers and the brides bouquet. A quick photoshoot with Martin and Lucia. We celebrated my fathers in law 60th birthday in this winery. Family portraits. Best friends. My lovely wife. The gift. Happy Birthday Pavel! And a group photo. Main square in Bratislava. Three generations. Cousins. They are so alike:)

Rebecca and Steven hired me to do a big family photoshoot for them before they move to Canada later this month. So we met in botanic garden yesterday and took these photos just between the light rain in the morning and heavy rain in the afternoon. I like how the rain enhanced the autumn colours.

It's been a great holiday/business trip to Faroe Islands this year. I met some old friends, did a bit of running and hiking, watched a lot of Modern Family episodes and took a photos of three weddings. The last one was of Anja and Eyðstein. They are a lovely couple and I am delighted I got the chance to document their big day. They got married at Hotel Foroyar. Check out the grass roof!

Another awesome faroese wedding from couple of weeks ago. It was raining all day - would you believe it - so we had to come up with an alternative solution for taking wedding portraits. We end up in a recently refurbished parliament building which proved to be a good choice. We had plenty of time and now I have loads of great photos to choose from:) So over the last few days I managed to get a little of work on editing done and this is the outcome. Now off to do some album design. Please enjoy the photos.
