Just a quick one for now... I took photos of Niamh's 1st Communion on Sunday. Special thanks to her parents for having us!!
Me and my friend who is also a photographer Peter Azor are having a photographic exhibition at Hillsborough Castle. After Peter was given this opportunity, he asked me if I fancy to join in (I said Yes!) and share the exhibition space with him. Thanks Peter!

I walk pass this lovely church twice a day so I decided to take a snap. It's a Presbyterian Church and it's on my way to and from the train station. Such a beautiful tree that Monkey Puzzle!

I did some test shots of my new flash today. We took Carmel to a park for a wee while and managed to do some photos.
I have been following/reading a lot of strobist blogs in the last year plus have watched few lighting DVDs on 'how to do it' and now I have to say I am really into a flash photography. These photos are taken with nice and new Canon 580EX II firing off camera, triggered by couple of Pocked Wizards. I am going to use this setup more often now as it is more portable than my Elinchrom flash.

If you wonder why the colors are so vivid and rich - its all thanks to the lights. I did very little in photoshop, I only increased contrast and added some sharpening. I love, love, love my flash!
